Join DEI Learning Cohort information sessions

Enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within cooperatives and the communities they serve is the focus of the NCBA CLUSA and CDF DEI Peer Learning Cohort. To learn more about the project, register for one of the information sessions schedule for 12:00 pm Eastern on May 19 and May 26.

The peer learning cohort will highlight and strengthen the diversity, equity, and inclusion work of cooperatives. By integrating the work of leading-edge practitioners and best DEI practices within particular industries, and investigating regional and industry specific histories, the cohort aims to build a strong network of cooperative leaders who will be equipped to cast a vision for incorporating DEI practices in their own cooperatives.
