CDF Presents Four Governance Webinars

Four webinars to help home care cooperative boards and management understand the nuances of cooperative governance were produced by CDF with support from a USDA Rural Cooperative Development Grant. The webinars covered the roles and responsibilities of co-op board members, board best practices, tools for working with management, and tips for creating positive and productive communication within the board and cooperative. The series is presented by three experienced cooperators: Margaret Bau, Cooperative Development Specialist, USDA; Courtney Berner, Executive Director, UW Center for Cooperatives; and Margaret Lund, Cooperative Consultant.
