Co-op 5k Registration Opens

Summer may be winding down, but the CDF Co-op 5k is ramping up! The event kicks off on October 5, 2019 at Hains Point, East Potomac Park, in Washington, DC with packet and t-shirt pick-up  at 7 am. The race starts promptly at 8 am.  Serious runners, casual joggers, walkers, families, strollers, and dogs are welcome.  

Co-op snacks will be available at the finish line. Prizes are given out for the fastest male and female in each age bracket, as well for Fastest Team, Most Team Spirit, and Highest Fundraisers. Things can get competitive so make sure to bring your A-game!

Co-op 5k participants can register on their own or gather their co-op friends and family to create a team. Our 5k teams are known for their energy and commitment, so you won’t want to miss out on the fun. But beware, Capital Impact Partners, CoBank: Growing Rural America, DC Credit Union: Between Walking and a Hard Pace, Fredericksburg Food Co-op, NCB: Sole Shakers, NCBA CLUSA: Non-Stop Co-op, NRECA: The Electric Lights, and Team CFC are already in training.
