Application Grant Information and Forms
Grants are awarded once a year. In 2013, the MSC Fund is looking for proposals that promote cooperative solutions for seniors in rural communities in the United States, with a preference for proposals that are about home care. We encourage you to discuss your proposal with the staff at CDF to ensure that it meets the Fund’s criteria for 2013. Applications are due August 2, 2013, applicants are notified in October, and grants are made in October or November.
