Prizes: 8:45am – 9:00am
Food and Coffee: 7:30am to 9:15am (Food items to be provided are: Fruits, Juices, Coffee, Bagels, and Breakfast bars)

Packet Pickup
There are three options for packet pickup this year.
Packets may be picked up between 12pm and 3pm on Thursday at:

Packets will also be available for pickup at your team’s local office location on Friday. See your team captain for additional information on what time you can pick them up.
Packet pickup will be open at 7:30am on Race Day and participants can choose to pick them up at this time as well.
Holiday Drive
CDF will be collecting donations for the Arlington Food and Assistance Center on Race Day. Items in need for the holiday season are: oil, flour, sugar, pasta sauce in plastic if possible, tuna, low sodium soups, canned chicken, pancake mix, syrup, and cereal. All donations will be going to support families in need this holiday season.
Additional Notes
Raffle prizes will be drawn during the race and announced at 8:45AM. Team prizes will also be announced that morning. The fastest runners in each age category will be announced and posted to www.cdf.coop sometime that Saturday afternoon. Prizes associated with the fastest runners will be mailed that following Monday.
Online registration will be open until 5pm on Friday. Onsite registration will be accepted, but because of Park Rules we will not be able to accept payment that morning. CDF will invoice onsite registrants that following Monday.
Hand and feet warmers will be provided on Race Day at onsite registration.

What is the ‘Co-op 5K’?R
The Co-op 5k is a fun, family-oriented race/walk held annually in the greater Washington, DC area. The course is 3.1 miles and participants can choose to run, walk, or jog. We encourage families to bring their kids and dogs, as both are more than welcome to attend! Prizes are available for fastest running times among age groups, largest team, and highest fundraising team. There are also random prizes available for all who attend, including volunteers! Proceeds go to support cooperative projects around the world, so by participating in our race you are making a tremendous impact on people’s lives. So come out and join us on what will be a wonderful Saturday morning. We hope to see you there!
